Hello, design junkies!
Today we want to show you the beautiful Breadway Bakery, designed by the architects Lera Brumina and Artem Trigubchak. Located in the center of Odesa, Ukraine, the Breadway bakery is a coffee shop that serves breakfast, lunches, and functions also as a takeaway spot where it is possible to buy bakery products to go.

The architect Lera worked on the concept of the interior and its technical part. Her co-worker Artem worked on the carry out of the interior.
The architects were challenged to create an inviting and memorable space. They decide to use contrasting colours: Pastel pink and blue mixed with orange and dark blue touches, choosing a palette of bright and dark colours and textures.
The artists played with different textures to create a fresh design. The splashes of mirroring like gold colour around the seating area give a sophisticated touch. The fluffy textured seats and walls bring comfort and ambiance to their customers. And the beautiful glossy tiles by Ceramica Bardelli in pastel blue with pink details give uniqueness to this space where textures and colours rule.
The bakery is divided into three parts. A deep blue take-away zone, a pink box in the center of the space designed to be a waiting area, and a light blue zone where the customers can enjoy their food with a cup of coffee.
The 85 square meter bakery features high ceilings and large windows. To emphasise the glow in the tiles and the high ceilings, they designed custom-made chandeliers. The built-in furniture, tables, and sofas were also designed especially for this project.
