Ever fantasied about having a romantic dinner under the Portuguese sky, in a forbidden garden? We all have, but the difference is that now you can make it come true.
A beautiful new restaurant known as Le Jardin D’Eden just opened in Campo de Ourique and we had the great pleasure of trying the entire menu!
Le Jardin D’Eden offers French fine dining and Asian cousin, all sourced locally, making you feel right at home. We started with a glass of champagne, and some signature cocktails. We highly recommend the Basil Smash.
The atmosphere is very nice, a garden inside Lisbon (you also have a lounge spot inside and some dinner tables with a cozy ambiance). Excellent service, good wines and a high quality food made with fresh products.
For the entrees our fav were the Tuna tartare on avocado and the Soup of the Chef (potato carrot leak and ginger). It was truly delicious.
For the mains our heart goes to the Spicy pasta lobster & the entrecote with fries was excellent (very thin fries, crunchy, best so far in Lisbon).
Not only is their food luxurious but their interior is truly alluring, from the hidden garden of Eden to the olive green color pallet throughout the entire restaurant. It was the perfect mixture of elegance and a city scape.
We can't wait for them to launch the brunch menu as this outside space would be perfect for a Sunday brunch.
We are excited to visit the beautiful garden soon again.
