Carnal is more than just a Mexican gastro bar—it’s a collective experience where food, drinks, music, and fine arts come together in a space that feels free, alive, and unapologetically visceral.

The menu is packed with authentic Mexican flavours, using ingredients imported directly from Mexico to ensure every bite stays true to its roots

  • A menu full of authentic flavoured Mexican dishes made with many products imported from Mexico;

  • Dishes to look for are raw prawns in chili pepper sauce, coriander lime, cucumber, red onion, and cured avocado puree or chicharrón prensado quesadillas;

  • Behind the bar, you’ll find 10 signature cocktails, mocktails, and reimagined classics, featuring unexpected garnishes like shiitake mushrooms and habanero corn for a unique twist on Mexican spirits.

Carnal is open Monday from Sunday from 6pm until 2am.

Taqueria Paloma, Marvila

Taqueria Paloma brings the vibrant flavours of Northern Mexico to the heart of Marvila, Lisbon. With a focus on authenticity and a laid-back atmosphere, it's a great spot for tacos, tostadas, and refreshing drinks.

Taqueria Paloma is open Thursday and Sunday from 12pm until 1am. Friday and Saturday from 12pm until 2am.

Las Ficheras, Cais do Sodré

Mex Factory, Alcântara

Located in the heart of LX Factory, Mex Factory is more than just a restaurant, it’s a vibrant, high-energy spot where delicious Mexican cuisine, craft cocktails, and Luchador-inspired décor come together for an unforgettable experience.

With a new spring menu, inspired by a deep dive into Mexico City’s rich culinary scene, Mex Factory brings even bolder flavours to the table.

Cantina Flores, Praça das Flores

Last but not the least, hidden in the streets of Bairro Alto, is Mezcaleria!
