Discover Home in Amsterdam: The July's Boat & Co' and 'Twenty Eight' Apartment-Hotels!

The feeling of home

when you’re away

Embarking on a journey often means stepping away from the warmth of home. While hotels offer luxury and care, that cherished feeling of home often seems left behind, lingering outside the airplane window. Yet, we've discovered a way to bridge that gap and bring the very essence of home to your travels: The July Hotels.

With a new series of apartment-hotels, The July launches the Boat & Co’ and ‘Twenty Eight’ hotels in Amsterdam.

They bring together the personality, independence, and convenience of apartment living; with the comfort, quality, and seamless services of a hotel - think wellness center with oh-so relaxing massages, a high-quality gym, rave review restaurant, and co-working lobby space.

Whether dipping into a city for 24 hours or relocating for a month or longer, they seamlessly blend short and long stays. They’re a calm city hideout, where life unfolds behind closed doors, in a corner of Amsterdam to call your own.

It’s all about low-key luxury with that added sparkle – massages can be enjoyed in the comfort of your apartment, you can unwind in their sauna, and share some local wine with new friends in the lobby.

Personal welcome notes, honesty bar, a bike to use, and recipe books in apartments are just some of the home-from-home touches sprinkled throughout stays, with elevated extras such as laundry, grocery, flower, and childcare service there to make life that bit easier.

A stay at The July can be a night in cooking from the comfort of your own space, or a night out at Vessel: a fit for all types of people and preferences.

On the design tip, the interiors pay homage to each location’s unique heritage - creating beautifully curated spaces, inspired by local stories.

Every location is different and in-sync with its surroundings: at The July - Boat & Co you’ll find intricate hand paintings of the local neighbourhood in the elevators by Collin van der Sluijs, revealing everyday moments.

At The July - Twenty Eight you’ll see a nod to the local architecture with bed headboards inspired by the silhouette of Amsterdam’s canal houses.

The interior colour palette is warm, soft, humble and welcoming, yet elevated and sophisticated.

Just like The July.
