With a counter seating of just 14, each meal is turned into an exceptional tasting experience by combining a close-knit atmosphere with a high-quality offer, designed with the best ingredients and the most refined techniques.

At just 25, chef Francisco Quintas is now the youngest Portuguese chef to win this award, confirming the exemplary work he has been doing together with chef Vitor Matos at 2Monkeys.

With this distinction, chef Vitor Matos has now raked in three stars in the famous Guide by conquering the second star a few weeks ago for Antiqvvm.

His talent in haute cuisine has been widely acknowledged before, notably in 2011 when he received the "Prix Chefs de l'Avenir" award, followed by being recognized as Portugal's Best Chef at the Arco Atlântico Gastro Awards in 2014. These world-renowned accolades underscore his dedication to culinary excellence, establishing him as a prominent figure in the gastronomic world.

The debut of Chef Vitor Matos in the Portuguese capital coincides with the launch of this four-handed haute cuisine project at 2Monkeys, where the excellence of the product is just the starting point for a truly immersive gastronomic experience, distinguished not only by its creativity but also by the boldness of its creations.
