Inside LEGENDA’s St. Petersburg Sales Office: A Reimagined Industrial Heritage Space

A former cable factory in St. Petersburg becomes a lounge-led sales office that redefines how a real estate brand communicates through design

There is something quietly disarming about the LEGENDA sales office in St. Petersburg. Housed inside a historic former cable factory, this multi-functional brand space refuses to perform. No polished surfaces trying too hard, no industrial nostalgia dressed up for effect. Designed by the LEGENDA in-house team, it reimagines an industrial heritage building as a lounge-led environment — combining meeting rooms, exhibition spaces, a children's area and workspaces within a single, cohesive interior.

Rather than a conventional showroom, it is conceived as a place for people: somewhere to stay, explore and understand the brand through architecture and material.

A Lounge That Sets the Tone

The main space is a double-height lounge where the industrial shell and a contemporary interior meet without compromise. Bespoke modular seating, a suspended chrome sculptural installation, and a floor-to-ceiling blue tinted veneer wall — the LEGENDA signature colour at architectural scale — give the room a quiet confidence.

Restored brickwork and copper-toned metal panels remain throughout, not as nostalgia but as texture. The material palette is direct and consistent, building a dialogue between the building's manufacturing past and the precision of the new interior.

Zones That Coexist

Beyond the lounge, the layout unfolds as a set of functional areas that sit alongside one another without hierarchy. Meeting rooms, exhibition spaces, a children's area and workspaces each occupy their own territory, allowing visitors to choose their own format for engagement — a business meeting, an informal visit, or something in between.

Each meeting room has its own character. One features a cobalt blue coffered ceiling and exposed brick. Another is darker and more intimate, lit by a cluster of custom tubular pendants. A third opens in warm oak and terracotta leather. Full-height glazed partitions keep them visually connected to the whole while giving each room a genuinely distinct atmosphere.

Detail as Brand Language

Off-the-shelf furniture is almost entirely absent. Every element was designed or selected to carry meaning — bespoke upholstery in signature colours, tinted veneer, warm metallic finishes, and custom lighting referencing the I-beam logic of the original building. The plasticity of cable reappears in the sinuous lines of installations and upholstered silhouettes, setting rigid construction against enveloping form.

On the upper level, the original steel roof trusses remain untouched. Beneath them, a large-scale architectural model sits at the centre — precise and entirely at home in a building that once made things with its hands.

The LEGENDA brand never announces itself. It surfaces in the details — and that is exactly the point.
