Washington Soho Café Opens at Warsaw’s Soho Factory
Interior design by Public Studio brings bold new energy
to Praga-Południe

Warsaw’s café scene has a new highlight: Washington Soho Café — the second outpost of the beloved Waszyngton W96 — now open at Soho Factory in Praga-Południe.
Celebrated for its weekend breakfasts, coffee from the owners’ “Chłopaki” roastery, and pastries by Michał Kosowski, the new spot blends familiar flavours with a bold, design-driven atmosphere.
At Washington Soho Café, Public Studio used the high ceilings to define two complementary zones:
Back-of-House & Service Zone: Concealed behind a veneered feature wall with geometric cut-outs, a curved metal shelf, framed ordering window, and kitchen view. Custom steel details, stone countertops, and patterned textiles soften the verticality.
Dining Zone: A lively space with a long lounge sofa, custom lanterns, bold floor tiles, and a central stripe of tables. A commissioned artwork by Australian illustrator Sarah Mari Shaboyan adds a playful narrative referencing the café’s name and design elements.
Blending modernist clarity, bold graphics, and cultural references, Washington Soho Café reflects the energy of Warsaw’s creative district. With its design-forward interior and culinary staples, it’s set to become a new destination in the heart of Praga-Południe.
