July in Lisbon has a different rhythm. The city slows down in the heat, then comes alive after dark. Beach parties at Caparica, three nights of NOS Alive, house music in the gardens of Monsanto and free jazz every Sunday.

Between the big moments, there is space for something slower — a new concept store in the making, a wellness morning by the river, a weekend escape to the Alentejo. Here is everything on our radar this July.

Irmão Turns Six, Caparica

Brazilian rhythms, tropical grooves, North African influences, disco and samba played from sunset to late across three days by the ocean.

17–19 July, Costa da Caparica.

SATURDAYS™ is an urban day retreat that brings together movement, breath work, music, creative conversation,

Born from a bookshop on Rua da Indústria. A

Poster Mostra

40 large-format posters by local and international artists take over the streets of Marvila. Free, outdoor and on view along Rua Amorim and at 8 Marvila until 30 September.

Weekend Escape

Quinta da Paz, Alentejo. canvas tents, a pool, yoga retreats and 15 minutes from the Atlantic coast. A small eco-lodge near São Luís that feels like another world, just two hours from Lisbon.

LISB-ON #Jardimsonoro

Two days of house, techno and disco in the gardens of Monsanto Jardim Keil do Amaral, 3–4 July.

Futuro, Lisbon

Filter coffee in handmade ceramics, vinyl,

curated objects and works by local artists. A

new concept store with a terrace and events programme launching in July.

Sundays Belong to Out Jazz

Free outdoor jazz and DJ sets every Sunday in July at Parque Urbano de Miraflores — 5, 12, 19 and 26 July. Artists include Daphné Chenel Trio and Gonçalo Feijão.

Pink Fridays at Bougain

Every Friday from 4–8pm, the Bougain garden becomes a hidden summer ritual. Live DJ, rosé, signature cocktails and late afternoons that stretch on a little longer.

Starting on the 3th of July.

Move, brunch, connect

Join JoinJordy and Studio Figo on 12 July for a Sunday morning of Pilates, brunch, and good company. Every body is welcome.

Broto, Chiado

If sharing plates and no ceremony sound like your kind of evening.

NOS Alive 2026

Florence + The Machine, Lorde, Teddy Swims and Buraka Som Sistema headline three days at Passeio Marítimo de Algés — 9, 10 and 11 July.

Watch the World Cup at Curva

A new open-air spot inside Estádio da Tapadinha — giant screen, food trucks, two-floor bar and views over the Tagus. Showing selected matches including all Portugal games. Open Friday–Sunday.

New in Estrela

Breakfast, brunch and all-day dining in the heart of Jardim da Estrela. Focaccia sandwiches, pizzas, matcha lattes and cocktails from 9:30am to 10pm daily.

Summer Holidays at MAAT

Robotics, drawing, collage and photography workshops for children and young people this summer at MAAT. Hands-on sessions inspired by the museum's works and outdoor spaces.

Hot Girl City Walk

A female friendship walk through the city organised by Nomad Girls Club. A fun, low-key way to explore Lisbon and meet new people. 18 July, 10:30am.
