Victory Park Office: Inside Quadro Room's Innovative Art and Event Space
Blending nature and architecture
—
Do you know what happens when a sales office is reimagined as a harmonious blend of art, nature, and innovative design? Have a look at this Quadro Room project, which takes innovation to new heights.
A once-standard sales office has been transformed into a dynamic art and event space. This ambitious venture began with a meticulous analysis of the space, where Anastasiia Rimskaya and Alyona Zlachevsky’s team focused on the geometry and natural features.
By allowing the exterior’s olive trees, cowberry, and beargrass to seamlessly flow indoors, they have created a green oasis that harmonise year-round. The driving force was the client’s enthusiasm for technology, aiming to positively impact work processes and employee efficiency.
The design is strategically divided into two zones: a guest area and an office space.
The guest area is a vibrant mix of functionality and style, featuring a bar, two lounge areas nestled among trees, rounded glass meeting rooms, and even a children's corner. A standout feature is the building’s layout model, displayed on a stunning three-metre oval travertine and brass table, subtly tucked behind brass arches.
The office area exudes warmth and comfort, with wood-panelled surfaces and a durable yet elegant carpet. The design maintains a calm and solid ambiance, brought to life by the timeless trio of travertine, stone plaster, and brass. These materials are used with precision, avoiding clutter while ensuring the space feels neither empty nor overwhelming.
Striking the perfect balance between simplicity and abundance, the space is anchored by a 4.5-metre travertine reception bar, framed by four imposing brass arches that stand 3.5 metres tall.
This project is a testament to Quadro Room´s ability to blend nature with modern elegance, creating spaces that are both functional and inspiring.
